I absolutely adored the beautiful tents at this hidden paradise. The decoration was simply magical, with a tropical and Tulum vibe that made me feel like I was in a dream. The general areas of the hotel were also amazing, with a stunning garden that provided a lovely view. As a senior woman, I really appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the children working there. While the staff were friendly and tried their best to comfort me, it would have been nice to have some extra help navigating the area and getting around, especially since Tulum can be quite touristy and expensive.

This hidden gem is situated away from the bustling city, providing a peaceful getaway. The spacious bathroom offers a touch of nature, allowing guests to indulge in a refreshing shower. The staff go above and beyond, ensuring a comfortable stay, and even delivering breakfast during unexpected rainfall. Furthermore, the property offers access to a stunning cenote and a private beach, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of nature.
The hot water may run out at times, requiring a short wait for it to return.

We had a fantastic glamping experience at Uman! The modern and clean tents were absolutely amazing, and we loved the access to the cenote at the back. Watching the sunrise and sunset, relaxing in the hammocks, and enjoying the rituals for removing bad vibes made our stay even more special. The facility and outdoor bathroom were also very nice. we had a lovely stay at Uman Glamping & Cenote in Tulum.
Despite these positives, there were a few drawbacks. It was quite hot inside the tent, even with the ventilators, and the first tent we stayed in had a broken mosquito net.

My Easter stay at this hidden paradise was absolutely magical! The beautiful and luxurious tents, along with the tropical Tulum vibe, created a truly amazing experience. The rooms were stunning, and despite it being the hot season, the tent remained cool during the day. The private outside bath added a touch of luxury, and the huge and comfy bed provided a restful night's sleep.
There were a few negative aspects to mention. First, accessing the beach was not easy, as it involved a 10-minute walk on the street and hoping for permission to pass through.
